FINAL JUDGMENT - DISSOLUTION OF MARRTAGE ~

This cause came on for trial the 8th day of October, 1975,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines_: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties
and sub3ect matter of this- suit; that the relationship of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage be-
tween the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is, thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PAUL DAHAN
and ROI~NDE DANAN be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
' therefrom. '

2. PROP'ERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement

~ admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference

~ and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

~ 3. CUSTODY. Custody of DANIEL DAHAN, the minor child, is

~ hereby awarded to the Husband, with reasonable visitation rights

~ reserved to ROIANDE DANAN, the Wife.
