DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 8th day of October, 1975,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the narties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
p xties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION~OF MARRIAGE. The marrisge between PAUL
TAUSCH and PATRICIA ANN TAUSCH be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

~ obligations arising therefrom.
E 2, CUSTODY. The primary custody of the minor children
~

~ of the parties shall be as follows: During the months of January,
~ February, March, July,August and September of each calendar year,
the Wife shall have the care, custody and control of the minor children
~ YVETTE TAUSCH, DEANA TAUSCH, SHAW!~I TAUSCH, and SHANA TAUSCH, granting
~ -
~ to the Husband, PAUL TAUSCH, reasonable rights of visitation. During

~ the months of April, May, June, October, November, and December of

; each calendar year, the Husband shall have the care, custody and
~ control of the minor children. granting to the Wife, PATRICIA ANN
~
~ TAUSCH~ reasonable visitation rights.
