3. SOPPORT. The Husband agrees that he will pay to the
Wife the sum of $60.00 per week for the support and maintenance of
the four minor children named above while they are in the Wife's
custody. During the months o.f each calendar year when the children
are_inthe custody of the Husband,~ the Husband's obligation to pay
the support payments to the Wife shall be in abeyance.
The Husband agrees to make the $60.00 per week support ,
payment to the Wife for the minor children of the parties so long
as the Wife has custody of at least one of the minor children and
until the last remaining child living with the Wife becomes married,
self-supporting~ or reaches her majority,
4. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement
Agreement executed by the parties on October 2~ 1975, and introduced
into evidence marked "Wife's Exhibit No. 1" was freely entered into
by the parties after a full disclosure and under the circumstances
that appear from the evidence to be for the best interest for the
parties and their children; and in its entirety, the Agreement is
incorporated by reference into this Judgment, and the parties are
ordered to comply with all terms of the Agreement,
i 5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
i parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
