ARTICLE II. NATURE OF BUSINESS .
The nature of the business to be transacted by the corpora-

A. To engage in each and every aspect and phase of the
business of serving as sales representatives for natxonal,
regional and local sales to or for radio and television stations
and similar media; to contract with radio and television stations
to represent them in their dealings with advertisers and•advertis-
inq aqencies or other buyers of advertising, with powers to
charge a fee or commission as agre~d for services rendered; .

to sell, solicit and otherwise attempt to secure political
and religious broadcasts for radio and television stations
or similar media.
B. To engage in any activity or business penaitted
under the laws of the United States of America and of the State ?
