OF WALTER EUGENE.WALKER, Husband and PATRICIA JOAN WALKER, Wife ~ O R D E R This cause coming on to be heard on October 3, 1975 on Motion for Order of Contempt and Notice of Hearing, and the Court having - ' heard testimony of the Husband and of Errol S. Willes of the law firm of Willes,.Bittan & Willes, counsel of record for the Wife, and the Court~being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore ORDERED: 1. The Court fincls and determines that the Husband, Walter Eugene Walker, is in arrears in his payment to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes for their attorneys' fees and costs in said cause in the amount of $428 pursuant to the Final Judgment ; ~ entered in said cause on May 9, 1975. i 2. The Husband, Walter Eugene Walker, is hereby held ~ { in contempt of this Court and sentenced to serve five days in the St. Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida; that said sentence is hereby suspended upon the condition that the Husband, Walter Eugene Walker, on October 15, 1975 ~nd on the 15th day of each month there- after shall pay to the law firm of Willes, Bittan ~ Willes the sum of $75 until the full sum of $428 plus $7.50 as costs for Sheriff's service of the Motion for order of Contempt and Notice of Hearing ~ has been paid in full. ~ ~ 3.
