MILDRED W. DACEK, Wife
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This.cause came on for trial the 7th day of October, 1975
and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence, .
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
solved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fol.lows:
1. The marriage between MICHAEL DACEK and MILDRED W.

DACEK be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

f each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
I
~ the re f rom . ~
2. The Wife, MILDRED W. DACEK, is entitled to receive
from the Husband, MICHAEL DACEK, as lump swn alimony the Husband's
interest in the AT&T stock and the one share of ELT stock which
were held by the parties during their marriage as tenants by the
entirety. The Husband shall have ten days from the date of this
Order in which to transfer to the Wife all his right, title and
~ interest in and to said stock, and upon his failure so to do within
~
~ said ten days this Order shall operate as an effective transfer of
~ the Husband's interest in the above described stock to the Wife.
