DACEK, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This.cause came on for trial the 7th day of October, 1975 and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence, . finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis- solved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fol.lows: 1. The marriage between MICHAEL DACEK and MILDRED W. ~ - DACEK be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and ~i f each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony ~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising I ~ the re f rom . ~ 2. The Wife, MILDRED W. DACEK, is entitled to receive from the Husband, MICHAEL DACEK, as lump swn alimony the Husband's interest in the AT&T stock and the one share of ELT stock which were held by the parties during their marriage as tenants by the entirety.
