3. The Wife is entitled to retain the $3,663.08
withdrawn by her from First Federal Savings and Loan Associa--
tion of Fort Pierce prior to September 3, 1975 which was in the
joint names of the parties hereto as an estate by the entirety.
4. The Husband and Wife shall own as tenants in common
the 1970 Oldsmobile automobile and the 1970 Skyline mobile home,
double wide, on Lot 104, Ridgecrest Mobile Home Park in Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. Each of the parties shall be responsible for his
or her own attorney's fee.
6. The costs incurred in said cause shall be borne
equally between the parties hereto.
7. The Wife is not entitled to rehabilitative or
periodic alimony. _
8. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from'interfering with, harassing, annoying or using physical violence
upon the other.
9. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto

is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. i
