proven by competent evidence, and that there is naw due and owing
to the plafntiff from the defendant(s) on the mortqage indebtedness
described in the Complaint the sum of $ 17,577.64 , together with
interest thereon from the 1st day of September , 19 74 ,
at the rate of 8 1/2 percent per ~num,said interest being
computed as of the 1st day of October , 1975 , fn the
amount of $ 1,618.63 _ , less escrow credit in the ~mount of
$ 50.02 , leaving a balance of $ 1,568.61 fnterest due;

(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the swn specified
in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity. to any right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon
the following descrfbed property, to-wit:
Lot 42 of SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT 1, according to the ~
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 32 '

I (5) If the aforesaid total sum due to the plafntiff, and all
costs of this proceeding incurred subsequent to the date of this
Judgment are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall sell
that property at public sale within the legal hou=s of sale on the
