CASE Na, 75-864-CA iN RS: The Marriaqe of: ) TAIA BRYCE STANZIONE, ~ ~ Wife, ) ) and ) THOMAS ANTSONY STANZIONE• ~ ~ Husband, ) ) ) FINAL JUDGBMSNT - DISSOLUTION OF MA~RRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 7th day of October, 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all evidence, find~ and det~rmines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved It is thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CYNTHIA ~ BRYCE STANSIONE, Wife, and THOMAS ANTHONY STANZIONE, Susband, be i and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of ~ ~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony arising therefrom. f (2) PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the arties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. t (3) ATTORNEY'S FEES AND ALIMONY. The husban~ is ord2red ; ~ to pay to the Wife or her Attorney, Alton S. Beasley, the sum ~ ~ of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for attorney's fees expended ~ in this action plus Court costs of Thirty Two Dollars a~nd Fifty ~ Cents ($32.50). , (4) RESTORATION OF NAME.. CYNTHIA BRYCE STANZIONE be and she ~ ~ ALTONS.BEASLEY is hereby authorized to assume her former name of CYNTHIA BRYCE ~ A T TORNEY AT UM ~ V.O.
