the Plaintiff's Complaint to foreclose a mechanic's lien, and
all parties having notice of this hearing and the Court having
heard the evidence and the arqwnent of counsel and being fully
advised in the premises~ Che Court finds as follows:
1. That the Defendant, DONNA C. FULLER, is the owner
