D.. Unless the Defendant ~ within li~ii days from the entry
of this Order. shall oay the plaintiff or his attorney the sums
soecified above, and any other costs of this suit as mentioned
in that paragranh~ the Clerk of the Court, after o~iblication of
notice as required by the Florida Statutes is directed to sell
the nroperty as described above to the hiRhest and best bidder -
for cash at vublic sale at the front door of the St. Lucie County
Courthouse~ Fort Pierce, Florida~ free and clear and dischart~ed
of any and all claims, liens, encumbrances~ ri~hts, eq_uities and
interests o.f the Defendant and all persons, firms,cor~orations
claiming by~ throuRh or under the Defendant. The sale is to be held
at 11:00 a,m, on the ~ 3~dav of /vO1/~~+G~• ~ 1975 , or
as provided for by Florida Statutes.
F.. That out of the oroceeds arisin~ from the sale of
the nro~erty bv this Jud~?nent ordered to be sold, the Clerk shall
retain his _fee and shall ~av to the attorney f_or the Plaintif.f the
attorney's .fee allowed in this decree; that out of the remainder
of the vroceeds as far as they shall avply~ there shall be p~id
to the Plainti~f sums above nrovided toRether with the costs of
this suit adsanced by the Plainti~f and that if the nroverty shall
sell for more than enou~;h to Day the Plaintiff the above-mentioned-
