Said GROWER or DEALER does hereby acknowledge receipt of dreft No. 71`~7 for FifteeII thOUSa21d - dollars (~15 ~ 000.00 to apply on the purchase price of said fruit and to be deducted as truit is picked under this contract. Should the fruit not be taken by the BUYER, the amount re- ceipted for hereby sholl be forfeited to the GROWER or DEALER as thefr sole liquidated damage ~ hereunder.
