Notice is hereby given that a suit was instituted in the above
Qourt on the 9,7~ day of October , 197 5• by the above named
Plaintiff against the above named Defendant~.
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of
land and persanalty located thereon, situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:

~ Lot 12, in Block 5, LINCOLN PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 2,
~ according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 3, at Page 4, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
' County, Florida; together with the improvements
thereon, and all furniture, fixtures and equipinent
~ contained therein, replacements thereof and additions
~ thereto.

~ The relief sought in and by said suit is the foreclosure of a

certain mortgage given b;• GRANT HADLEY and ALBERTA HADLEY, his wife,
to the Plaintiff recorded in O. R. Book 198, Page 2335
in the office of the Clerk of,the above Court; the decreeing of a sale
of said property under the direction of said Court, in default of the
payment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiff under said
