EMERGENCY TEMPORARY ORDER
This matter coming on to be heard upon the Motion of the
Petitioner, JOYCE R. INSOGNA, for an Emergency Temporary Order,
the Court having considered the verified Petition for Dissolution ~
of Marriage, and the Affidavit of the Petitioner attached to the ~
Motion, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
hereby
ORDERED that the Petitioner, JOYCE R~ INSOGNA, is hereby •
awarded temporary custody of the couple's minor children, ~
temporary exclusive possession and use of the couple's property
located at 124 Serenata Court, Port St. Lucie•, Florida, and
temporary exclusive possession and use of the couple's 1971~
Mercury automobile. It is further •
ORDERED that the Respondent, EUGENE V. INSOGNA, is enjoined
~
and restrained from coming about, molesting, harming, or annoying :
; the Petitioner, and is ordered and directed to remove himself and
~ his ersonal effects from the dwellin occu ~
~ p g pied by the Petitioner

~ and the couple's children, located at 124 Serenata Court, Port St.~

Lucie, Florida, if he is now occupying that residence, or any

~ part of it, and in the event that he is not residing in that .

i dwelling at the time a copy of this Order is served upon him or

~ made known to him, to remain away from that dwelling. It is

ORDERED that the Petitioner is not required to post a bond
