ORDER ON PETITION FOR MODIFICATION OF CUSTODY AWARD
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before the Court without the
benefit of a Jury on August 13, 1975 on the husband's
Petition for Modification of Custody Award, and the Cou=t _
' having heard evidence and argument of Counsel and having
considered also the social investigation of Ray Vickers and
Linda Vickers conducted by the Division of Family Services,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition be and the same is
hereby denied.
DONE AND ORDERED this 7th day of October, 1975 in Chambers of
Stuart, Martin County, Florida
