STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the
State of Florida, and submits unto the Court that an amicable
settlement has been reached with Ronald McSwain and Judith

McSwain, his wife, Donald McSwain and Shirley J. McSwain, his
wife, as to parcel 143, as described in the Complaint
heretofore filed, and, as no defensive pleadings or other appearances
have been filed in this cause, the Plaintiff dismisses said
' Defendant and Parcel from these proceedings.
