' AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION OF CONllOiNINIUM
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the eondomir.ium dra~~ings
and exhibits of the Declaration of Condaninium of COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS
N0. 7, recorded in Official Record Book 211, page 6, St. Lucie County
Public Records, Florida, contained certain scrivener's errors made by
the engineer who prepared said engineering drawings and exhibits. This
amendment is made to correct said typographieal and scrivener's errors
pursuant to Florida Statute 711.10 and the Declaration and Exhibits of
said condominium are herebv amended as follows:
l. Apartment No. III (104) of the COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS
N0. 7, was conveyed by FT. PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION to WILLIAM
E. FEINSTEIN and JESSIE FEINSTEIN, his wife, as Grantees, recorded in
Official Record Book 214, page 717, St. Lucie County Public Records, Fla. ~
2. Iipartment No. III (204) of the COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS
N0. 7, was conveyed by FT. PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION to ROGER B. '
SPENCER and FLORENCE SPENCER, his wife, as Grantees, recorded in Official
Record-Book 218, page 2369, St. Lucie County Public Records, Fla.
3. Apartment No. III (103) of the COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS _
N0. 7, was conveyed by GARY F. ELLWOOD, a married adult, to ROBERT E.
WILLIAMS and JOAN WILLIAMS, his wife, as Grantees, recorded in Official
Record Book 237, page 2006, St. Lucie County Public Records, Florida.

4. Apartment No. III (203) of the COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS
N0. 7, was conveyed by FT. PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION to ORA A. SMITH,
a single adult, as G~antee, recorded in Official Record Book 219, page 849,
St. Lucie County Public Records, Florida.
Said Grantees join in the execution of this amendment for the
purpose of correcting said typographical and scrivener's errors, whirh
have been corrected and are more particularly shown on Exhibits "A" and
