Chambers upon Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Affirmative Defenses and
the Court having•heard argument of Counsel for the respective parties,
and being duly advised in the premises; it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
(1) Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of
the Affirmative Defenses set forth by the Defendant be, and the same
is hereby granted.
(2) Defendant shall have ten (10) days from the date of
this Order within which to file additional pleadings. ~
