ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporotion existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafier
called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall intlude the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part. -
WITNESSETH, That fo~ divers good a~d valuable consicierations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafier desaibed, the Mortgagor does gront,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, re(ease, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following desaibed
real estate!, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, ond in actual pouession, situate in the County of
St. Lucie , State of Fbrida, tawit:

TOGETHER with all strudures and improvements now and hereafter on ssid land and the fixtures attached ,
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included ~

~ IT IS. I'AUTUALLY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mo~t-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its cption, at anytime within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secu~ed by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed ~he maximum principal sum of

payment of taxes, levies, or insurance on the property eovered by the lien of this mortgage with interest on such disburse-
