Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19~ 20 and 22 of this \sortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all references
to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note oontained in the above described master form of mortgage and
incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note defined
herein. Borrower aclmowledges receipt of a copy of the oomplete text of the provisions hereby incorporated
by referenoe into this Mortgage.

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within hveaty years from the
Sate of this I~iodgage, may make Future Advances_ to Bornower. Such Future Advanees, with interest thereon,
shall be secured by this 1liortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are sec~ued hereby.
At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness seeured by this Aiortgage, not including sums advanoed
