I. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc~essors or assiqns, shall notily
the undersigned in wtiting at !he addtess indicated below (or at such other addtess as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned lrom time to time) that the said premises cQe not in ci reasonable state oi
appecacmve m~d repair eonsistent with the general appearamce ~d state oi repair of other properiies
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set forth in said notice within 15 days aher receipt of same.
2. I[ the undersiqned shall fail ot refuse to a~complish the required repairs or maintencmce,
etc., within ihe prescribed time, GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORA'fION, iis successors or assigns,
acting by cmd through iffi duly authorized agents may come upon the premises for the purpo.se ot doing
the necessary work. Provided, however, thai such work shall be limited to lawn and yard mainienance
to prevent ~ overgrown or unkempt appe~~ce, and to pmnting and minor repcdrs to ihe exterior of
the building or buildings, situctted on the premises in order to prevent ~ unsightly or unsafe condition.
3. As to cmy costs or expenses incuired by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in brincjing about ~d accomplishing the work referred to in the notioe, ihe under-
signed agrees to make pa~•ment thereof within 10 days atter demand. Provided, however, thcit demand
!or payment shall not exceed actual t~sts or expenses incurred. ,
4. ln the event ihat the undersigned shadl iail or reiuse to make payment ot the actucil costs or
expenses incurred, then, and in thut event only, GENERAL DEVEI.OPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- ,
ce,;sors or assigns, may undertake eollection ot the sum which the undersigned is obtigaied fo pay
hereunder, iogether wiih c~ll eosts of eollection including a reasonable attomey's tee. GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORr4TION may, in additian to other remedies prescribed by F7orida 3aw, give
