FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS ACTION came on for hearing on the 14th day of October, 1975, and the Cour.t, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the sub~ect matter of this action; that the re- lationship of Husband and Wife now exists between the Petitioner and Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peti- . ; tioner, SHARON TOMPSON, and the Respondent, MAURICE D. TOMPSON, be i ; and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them I ~ are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom. ! 2. AGREEMENT. The separation and property settlement_agree- ~ ment executed by the parties on the 16th day of September, 1975, I ~ was freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and ~ ~ under circumstances that appear irom the evidence to be for the ~ best interest of the parties;~and in its entirety, the Agreement ~ ~ is incorporated by reference into this Judgment, and the parties ~ are ordered to comply with all the terms of the Agreement. ~ ~ ~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. The Petitioner be and she is hereby ~ ~ ~ authorized to assume her prior name of SHARON YOUNG and to use the ~ same in all respects as if the marriage to Respondent had not in- ~ ~ ~ tervened. g 4.
