- THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the Motions to Dismiss
filed on behalf of the respective Defendants in this case, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, -
ORDER AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Motions to Dismiss filed vn behalf of the Defendants,
Joseph Archie Summerlin, Joseph Archie Swnmerlin III, and Nationwide
Mutual Fire Insurance Company, are granted, and the Plaintiff shall
have fifteen days from the date of this Order to amend Count III

Lawrence Thomas Chapman, is denied and this Defendant shall have
fifteen days from the date of this Order to f ile an Answer to the
