The Motions to Dismiss filed vn behalf of the Defendants, Joseph Archie Summerlin, Joseph Archie Swnmerlin III, and Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company, are granted, and the Plaintiff shall have fifteen days from the date of this Order to amend Count III ,4 ' of~her Complaint should she wish to do so. ~ k 2.
