The Motion to Dismiss filed by Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company, Joseph Archie Summerlin, and Joseph Archie Summerlin, III, is granted as to Count III of the Complaint, and ~ denied as to Count V of the Complaint. The Plaintiff shall have i ~ fifteen days from the date of this Order to amend Count III of the F ~ Complaint should she wish to do so. The Answers already filed by ~ E the Defendants shall stand as to Count V of the Complaint. 2. The Motion to Dismiss and Supplemental Motion to Dismiss filed on behalf of Lawrence Thomas Chapman, is denied and this Defendant shall have fifteen days from the date of this Order to file his Answer to the Complaint.
