In Re: The Marriage of STEVE HAYNIK, Husband,
and BETTY JANE HAYNIK, Wife.
FINAL JUDGMLNT
DISSOLUTI0~1 OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial October 7, 1975, and the
court having heard testimony of the parties ~nd witnesses and #
argument of counsel, the court makes the following findings:
_ That the marriage between the parties is irretrievabl'y broken;
~ that the Wife has no special. equity in any property owned
individually by the Husband; that the Husband is capable of
~ ~ paying and the Wife is in need of rehabilitative alimony; and
. that the Husband is capable of paying the wife's attorneys
fees and costs, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage betc~een STEVF
HAYNIK and BETTY JANE HAYNIK be and the same is hereby dissolved,
; and tiie parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
! the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
~

; ~ the obligations arising therefrom.

2. PROPERTY. The Court deterrnines that BETTY JANE
HAYNIK has no special equity in any individually owned property
~ -
of STEVE HAYNIK.
3. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. BETTY JANE HAYNIK is hereby
awarded 26 weeks of rehabilitative alimony at the rate of $40.00
per week. The temporary alimony heretofore awarded and payments
made thereon shall be included in the total rehabilitative
~ alimony award provided herein.

r 4, ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS. STEVE HAYNIK shall pay

~ to CHARLES E. BECHT for legal services rendered in this cause to

~ BETTY JANE HAYNIK, the sum of $400.00 as reasonable attorneys fees
~ ~ .
~ and that this fee shall include temporary fees herein awarded
~ SULLIVAN
