THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing this day on the
Wotion for Final Judgment of the Plaintiff, upon the Plaintiff's
Complaint to foreclose mortgage, and the evidence offered in support
of such Complaint, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Default Judgment entered against the property
owner, Danny R. Miller, by the Clerk of this Court,-be and the same
is hereby ratified and confirmed.
2. The mortgage sued upon by the Plaintiff in tnis cause
~ constitutes a valid first lien upon the property hereafter described
; and the mortgage is in default as alleged in the Complaint.
