The above itemized sums are now due and owing to the Plaintiff
and in addition such further sums as may be paid by the Plaintiff

rights, cliams, iiens, interests, encumbrances and equitites of
the Defendants and all persons, firms or corporations claiming by,
through or under the Defendants or any of them, and the property
will be sold free and clear of any claims of the Defendants.
6. Unless the Defendants, within five (5) days from the
' entry of this Final Judgment, shall pay the Plaintiff or its attorney,
