This cause came on-for trial the 25th day of October, 1975
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finde and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and aubject matter
~ of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
~ parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
!1 ~
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ORDLRED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRTAGE. The marriage between THOMAS
~ C. NOYES and ROSE LARSEN NOY$S be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
1 parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. PROPERTY. The Stipulation dated October 7, I975 admitted
i~ into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
i,
i
~ ordexed to comply with the provisians thereof.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
