evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of f

the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation ~
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the +

marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
i
be dissolved. It is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: j
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LEE ~

ERNEST FOX and JOYCE MARGARET FOX be and the same is hereby ~
: dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
i
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ~
~
I ~
i them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~
~ 2. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby ~
~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or ;
~ ~ '
~ annoying, the other.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the ;
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
