R E L E A S E
IQ~TOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Tropicana Products,
Inc., a Florida corporation, the owner and holder of that cer-
tain citrus marketing agreement executed by Norman V.~Huff in
his capacity as aqent for Huff Groves, bearing date the 6th day
of April 1970 and recorded in O.R. Book 186, page 1715 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, affecting real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, as more fully described
in said agreement, does hereby release and discharge said
marketing agreement and hereby directs the Clerk of the Circuit
Court to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Tropicana Products, Inc. has caused
this release to be executed by its Vice President and Treasurer
and its corporate seal affixed, this 7 day of October, 1975.
