BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared JOHN R. PURCELL, Esquire who upon first being duly sworn
did depose and say:
1. He was the attorney for Robert V. Huff and the
Exchange National Bank of Winter Haven, as Co-Executors of the
Estate of Norman V. Huff, deceased.
~2. The amount of the net Federal estate tax due the
Internal Revenue Service was $92,926.69, as more fully set forth
in the Acceptance of Estate Tax Return, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
3. Said estate tax has been paid based upon his personal
knowledge.
