WARRANTY DEED

THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed this day of #
October, 1975 by WHITAKER GROVES, INCORPORATED, a orida
corporation, hereinafter called the qrantor, to S. N. I~iIGHT
AND SONS, INC., a Florida corporation, whose postoffice address
is P. 0. Box 730, Belle Glade, Florida 33430, hereinafter called
the grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" ,
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of iridividuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the grant~r, for and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

subject to a canal easement over any part thereof lying within
30 feet of the centerline of an existinq canal running Easterly-
Westerly near the North side thereof, said canal centerline
being described as: Begin 30 feet South of the Northwest
corner of •said NW 1/4, run thence Northeasterly to a point 30
feet East of the Northwest corner of said NW 1/4, thence Easterly
to a point 33 feet North of the Northeast corner of said NW.1/4.
