The Parties of the First Part, pursuant to Order of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated September 26, ~

of an Agreement for Deed previously entered into between LOUISE
PALMSR and JSANNE PALMER HUNT, as Co-Executrices of the Estate of
W. A. PALMER, Deceased, and EUNICE SLAUGHTER and WILLIE TI~I~NIA PLESS,
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grant, bargain,
sell, aline, remise, release, convey and confirm to the Parties of
the Second Part and to their heirs, successors and assigns, forever,
