ADDENDUM TO MORTGAGE DEED
Walker to Consolidated Properties, Inc. .
Kortgator agrees to maintain the grove in a manner
consistent with the best care and cultural practices ordi-
~ narily utilized in the care of such groves in St. Lucie
County, Florida. Specifically, but not exclusively, the
Mortgagor agrees to do the followinq:
1. Maintain a maximum spray and fertilization -
program during the first year after closing. -
2. Rework furrows .
3. Perform all necessary work on canals and tiles
in a manner consistent with good grove management. '
4. Repair or replace pun:ps where necessary.
