County, Florida, described in paragraph 3 above.
(6) Counterplaintiff TRI-COUNTY ACCEP.TANGE CORPORATION,
on Count I of its Counterclaim, is due .$12,635.84 for principal
and interest as of the date of the trial, September 25, 1975,
and $1,250..00 for attorney.'s. fees and costs of $35.00,~ makinq a
total sum due TRI-COUNTY ACGEP.TANCE CORPORATION on Count I of
$13,920.84.
(7) Counterplaintiff, TRI-GOUNTY ACCEPTANGE CORPORATION,.
holds a first lien for its total sum, Count I, superior to any
.~:claim or estate of plaintiffs, counterdefendants, ALLEN DAVID
BLACRERBY and LOIS V. BLACKERBY., his wi.fe, and to the second lien
of FLORIDA BANR AT FORT PIERC~ adjudicated in paragraph 5 above,

above, on the property in St.. Lucie County., Florida, described in
