and $450.00 for attorney's fees, making a total sum due TRI-
COUNTY ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION on Count II of $4,871.45.
(13? Counterplaintiff, TRI-COUNTY ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION,
holds a first lien for said total sum, Count II, superior to any
claim or estate of plaintiffs, counterdefendants, ALLEN DAVID
BLACKERBY and LOIS V. BLACKERBY, his wife, on the following
described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
From the intersection of State RQad 68 and
the West line of the NW 1/4 of the ~E 1/4.
of Section 12, Township 35 South, Ranqe 3B
East, run Easterly along the South right-of-
way line of State Road~68 a distance of 1,060 -
feet to a point of beqinning; thence~run
South parallel with the West line of the
NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, of said Section 12 a
• distance of 475 feet; thence run East
parallel to the South right-of-way line of ~
3tate Road 68 a distance of 260 feet to the
West right-of-way line of Trowbridge Road;
thence run North along the West riqht-of-way
line of Trowbridqe Rpad 475 feet.to the South
riqht-of-way line of State Road 68; thence
run West along the South right-of-way line of
State Road 68, also known as Orange Avenue
Extension, a distance of 260_feet to the~point
of beginning, as per plat.thereof recorded in.
the public records of St. Lucie .County, Florida.
(14) If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed
by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this

~ judgment are not paid within three days from~his date, the Clerk

~ of this Court shall sell the property, subject to unpaid taxes,

~ at public sale on November 5, 1975, between 11:00 A.M. and 2:00
~ P.M., to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth herein-
after, at the door of the Courthause in St. Lucie ~

~ County,'in Fart Pierce, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031,

~ Florida Statutes.

; (15) Counterplaintiff, TRI-COUNTY ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, shall
