Counterplaintiff, TRI-COUNTY ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, holds a first lien for said total sum, Count II, superior to any claim or estate of plaintiffs, counterdefendants, ALLEN DAVID BLACKERBY and LOIS V. BLACKERBY, his wife, on the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida: From the intersection of State RQad 68 and the West line of the NW 1/4 of the ~E 1/4. of Section 12, Township 35 South, Ranqe 3B East, run Easterly along the South right-of- way line of State Road~68 a distance of 1,060 - feet to a point of beqinning; thence~run South parallel with the West line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, of said Section 12 a • distance of 475 feet; thence run East parallel to the South right-of-way line of ~ 3tate Road 68 a distance of 260 feet to the West right-of-way line of Trowbridge Road; thence run North along the West riqht-of-way line of Trowbridqe Rpad 475 feet.to the South riqht-of-way line of State Road 68; thence run West along the South right-of-way line of State Road 68, also known as Orange Avenue Extension, a distance of 260_feet to the~point of beginning, as per plat.thereof recorded in. the public records of St. Lucie .County, Florida.
