This cause came on to be heard October 15, 1975 after
Notice, upon the petitioner's demand for temporary relief while
this cause is pending, and the Court having heard the evidence
presented and the arguments of the attorneys for the parties, and
being fully advised, it is,
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the petitioner and the respondent are each
enjoined and restrained from coming about, molesting, harming or
annoying the other.
2. That the petitioner is awarded temporary, exclusive
possession of the dwelling occupied by the petitioner located at
1110 Avenue K, Fort Pierce, Florida.
3. That temporary, sole custbdy of the minor children of
the parties, ESRIA S. BRIGGS, VERNONIQUE H. BRIGGS and KATARSHA K.
BRIGGS, is awarded to the petitioner, BURNAY BRIGGS, with reasonable
~ rights of visitation reserved unto the respondent.
! 4. That the respondent, DAVID BRIGGS, is ordered to pay to

I the petitioner the sum of $ s p per week as support pendente

~ lite, for the support of the three minor children named above, and

~ - said payment sha11 be made-to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
~ Lucie Coimty, and in addition there is hereby assessed the sum of
$1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
~ Clerk. All payments shall be made"in cash, money order or cashier's

j check. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court

~ advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while .
