THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Motions
to Dismiss, Motions,to Strike, Motion for Severance and Motion
Under Rule 1.380, F.R.C.P., of the Defendants, and the Court
having received the Memorandwa of Law submitted by the Plaintiff,
and havinq heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise advised
in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion for Severance be,
and the same is hereby, granted, and the Plaintiff shall file,
