KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United Stat$s of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages .
and the notes secured thereby, to-wi t:
A mortgage deed, executed the.l~4th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America; Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. lucie County, Florida, t
~ encumbering certain lands ~in St. Lucie County, florida therein -
~ aare particularly described; -as amended by Modification_ of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and -
' also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, ahich -
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record ~
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie -
Count,y, florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record 8ook 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.

NHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
