KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS: ~
WHEREAS, FIRST NAYIOMAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and ho]der by assignment of the fallowing mortgages .
, and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:

1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America; Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing

encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein -

Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the swn secured

also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ~

Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.

City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a .
