This cause coming on for hearing an motion of
Defendants for compulsory physical examination of the

Plaintiffs, and the Court having duly considered argument i

by counsel for the parties and being fully advised in the '
~ premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Plaintiffs, DENNIS W. FELLOWS and
DENISE M. FELLOWS, submit to a physical examination by
~Dr. Ronald Grober and Dr. H. Hooshmand respectively, promptly
on a day and hour to be obtained by the Defendants. Said
examination to be of such a nature as is necessary to determine
~ the extent and nature of injuries allegedly sustained by the
~
~
~ Plaintiffs, DENNISE W. FELLOWS and DENISE M. FELLOWS, at tfie
~ time and place and on the occasion mentioned in the complaint
I -
~ filed in this cause. •

~ ~
~ 2. That the results of this examination shall be
~ :
~ reported by said doctors to the Defendants in writing in a ~
~ detailed manner setting out liis findings and conclusions. If
~ "
~ requested by Plaintiff, Defendant shall promptly furnish Plaintiffs
~
~
with a copy of such report and Plaintiffs shall thereupon or
~
' thereafter as the case may be, promptly furnish Defendants
~ _
~ with a like report qr reports of examination relating to the same
~ injuries previously or thereafter made by any other physician.
