THIS INDENTURE MADE the~ day of October, 1975, ;
BETWEEN MARIE B. ANATOW and EDWARD T. HNATOW, her husband, whose
mailing addresses are:
1225 Troy Hill Road
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212
(hereinafter called "Grantors") and WALLACE G. KLUEBER and BEATRICE A.
KLUEBER, his wife, whose mailing addresses are:
105 Minnock Drive
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15237_
(hereinafter called "Grantees".):
WITNESSETH, that the said Grantors in consideration of the sum of
ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLRRS ($1,500.00)
paid to the Grantors by the Grantees do grant, bargain, sell and con-
vey unto the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns,
' ALL the following described property situate, lying and being in the
City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 13, Block 1404, of Port St. Lucie Section 14,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 13, Page 5, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record, zoning and other regulatory ordinances and taxes

Said property being the same property which was conveyed
by General Development Corporation, a Delaware corporation, to
Marie B. Hnatow, one of the grantors herein, by Warranty Deed dated
January 21, 1972, and filed and recorded on June 29, 1972, with the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida in Deed Book
203, Page 2370.
