minister oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
MYRTLE STORY, who, after being duly sworn by me, upon oath says:

That my name is MYRTLS STORY, that affiant is a Deputy Clerk for
the Circuit Court of St. I,ucie County and that her duties pertain
to the recording section of the St. I~ucie County Clerk's Office;
affiant states that she has personally checked the plat book index
in the St. Lucie County Courthouse~and found that there is but one
subdivision by the name of FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION and
that said subdivision is recorded in Plat Book 1, page 39, of the
