BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
B. A. BITTAN, JR., who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon
oath says: That my name is B. A. BITTAN, JR., that affiant was
a personal friend and acquaintance of MARTHA C. HARRISON and
DAVID E. HARRISON, her husband, from the early 1940's through the
date of death of DiAVID E. HARRISON on June 29, 1967 and affiant
can state without reservation that their marriage was continuous
and uninterrupted from the date of acquisition of the above de-
scribed property by Mr. and Mrs. Harrison until the date of his
death.
