KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. that VICTOR M. JONES
and LINDA JONES, his Wife, the owners of the following described
lands in St. Lucie Cownty. Florida. to wit:

The East 150 feet of the West 165 feet~ lying
North of State Road ~70 (Formerly State Road
#8)~ being Okeechobee Road, of Lot 13 in the
Southeast 1/4 of MODEL LAND COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION
of Section 23, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 2, Page I0, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

for and in consideration of the benefits accruing to them do hereby
covenant and agree thst said lands shall not be used for any
business, counnercial or industrial use other than as an auto body
and paint shop.
This restriction shall~be a covenant running with the land
and shall remain in full force and effect and be binding upon said
owners, their heirs, personal representatives~ successors and
assigns forever, unZess released in writing by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WI~REOF said owners have caused this instrument
