THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the court, and the
court having heard argument of counsel, having duly considered the
motion and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, does hereby,
ORDER AND ADJUDGE that Plaintiffs' Motion to Amend be and
it is hereby granted and the Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint be
and it is hereby ordered filed in this cause as of the date of this
order. Defendants are allowed ten (10) days from the date of this
order to plead to the Second Amended Complaint should they so desire,
otherwise their answers heretofore filed in this cause shall stand
as if pleaded to the Second Amended Complaint.
