to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortgage indebtednesa
described in the Complaint the sum of S 3I,500.00 , together with
interest thereon from the lst day of December ,_1g 74 , ~
at the rate of .7 3/4 percent per annum,said interest beinq
computed as of the lst day of October , 19 75 , in the
amount of $ 2,034.40 , less escrow credit in the amount of
$ -0- , leaving a balance of $ 2,034.40 interest due;
$ 300.00 , attorneys' fees; $ -0- , prorated earned
mortgage insurance premium; $ -0- ,mortgage insurance pre-

Court costs; making the total of $ 33,912.12 due to the plaintiff.
(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified
in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any riqht, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon .
