i This note to be construed and enforced aeeording to the laws of the State of Florida, and is
~ secured by morkgage on real estate of even date herewith.
~ If default be made in the payment of any of said sums or interes+ or in the performance of any
3 agreements contained herein, then, at the option of the holder of the same, the principal sum then
