do hereby jointly and severally after date, for value received, promise
to pay to the order oE RUSSELL FITCH, c/o BOWEN BROTHERS INC., P.O.

with interest therean at the rate of ten (10) per cent annum from the
date hereof until fu12y paid. The makers and endorsers of this note •
further aqree to waive notice of demand, non-payment and protest;
