; plaintiff in the above-captioned cause, and moves this Court ~

_ : for an Order substituting the law firm of SMITH AND BRENNAN

as attorneys of record for said AARON-WALL, in accordance ;

~ (1) That the. undersigned LEE E. ?~IUSCHOTT was previously f
. associated with the law firm of BRENNAN, ~lcALILEY, ALBURY & ~

HAYSRAR and that during that time and in that capacity was °

~ primarily responsible for preparing this cause; and is therefore i

i . more familiar therewith and it is consequently in the best
